Refund Policy
SHELL MARIE COLLECTION LLC is committed to delivering creative services of consistent quality. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for design services.
Refund Conditions
Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing and must specify the reason. Refunds may be considered when work has not yet commenced or when the studio has been unable to deliver work in line with the agreed scope.
Limitations
Initial deposits cover discovery, planning, and reserved studio time and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds are not available for completed deliverables that have been approved by the client, or where delays are due to client unresponsiveness or scope changes.
Revisions
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Revisions outside the agreed scope may be accommodated at additional cost. Revision requests should be consolidated and submitted in writing.
Cancellation
Either party may request to cancel an engagement in writing. In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for fees corresponding to work completed up to the cancellation date. Any unused portion of fees, where applicable, may be refunded at the studio's discretion.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
