Terms & Conditions

SHELL MARIE COLLECTION LLC provides graphic design, branding, creative direction, and related visual design services as described in individual project proposals. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in writing prior to commencement of work.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, brand assets, content, timely feedback, and approvals. Delays in providing required materials or feedback may affect agreed timelines and delivery dates.

Project fees, deposits, and payment schedules are defined in each project proposal. Unless otherwise stated, an initial deposit is required prior to the commencement of work. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of the final payment.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables specified in the engagement. Preliminary concepts, working files, and unused design directions remain the property of SHELL MARIE COLLECTION LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials.

SHELL MARIE COLLECTION LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an engagement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
